Luggage policy

Most companies have luggage policies similar to the airline's policies i.e. if you have more than two checked bags and one piece of hand luggage, You will be fine in our Luxury Sedan's but if you have golf clubs or a surf board, or more then 4 Bags you will need SUV, Or Van. Additional fees may apply.

Child Safety Seats / Pets

While laws vary from state-to-state, Airport Shuttle Seattle recommends that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. It is the responsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in van and/or private sedan. Additionally, Airport Shuttle Seattle provides child restraint seats for $ 10 charge. We do have Vehicles for transporting your pet on a shuttle van please call us for additional information.

Cancellation Policy – 100% Fully Refundable

Things can change – so we understand that occasionally circumstances arise that change your travel plans. All we ask is that you contact us to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your reservation pick-up date. That way you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid online. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation pick-up date, you will not receive a refund for the amount paid online.
